LONCIN XWOLF1000 MUD Enters Rescue Service in Poland

In 2026, OSP KSRG Krzywda, a volunteer fire and rescue unit in Poland, officially welcomed a new LONCIN XWOLF1000 MUD into its operational equipment fleet. The ATV will support rescue operations, search and rescue activities, access to difficult terrain, transportation of rescue personnel and equipment, as well as safety support during local events.

From Off-Road Mobility to Emergency Response

The addition of the LONCIN XWOLF1000 MUD provides OSP Krzywda with a compact off-road vehicle for situations where conventional rescue vehicles may face access limitations.

According to local Polish media reports, the ATV will be used for search and rescue operations, activities in difficult-to-access terrain, transportation of rescue equipment and personnel, and security support during local events. These applications place particular importance on mobility across unpaved, uneven, muddy, or otherwise challenging terrain.

For the XWOLF series, this represents another practical application beyond recreational off-road riding. The same type of all-terrain mobility can also be relevant to utility work, outdoor operations, land management, and other tasks where access and maneuverability are important.

XWOLF1000 MUD for Difficult-Terrain Operations

The LONCIN XWOLF1000 MUD is equipped with a 4×4 drivetrain and is built around the requirements of demanding off-road environments. Its capabilities are particularly relevant when rescue personnel need to move through terrain that is difficult to access with larger vehicles.

In a rescue scenario, an ATV can serve several practical functions:

  • Search and rescue: reaching areas where larger vehicles may have limited access.
  • Difficult-terrain mobility: supporting operations across off-road and uneven ground.
  • Equipment transport: carrying essential rescue equipment closer to the operational area.
  • Personnel transport: helping move rescuers through areas where vehicle access is restricted.
  • Event safety support: providing additional mobility during local events and public activities.

These applications demonstrate how an ATV platform can complement, rather than replace, conventional emergency vehicles.

Durable Capability for Real-World Challenges

Adventure means more than exploring new trails—it means taking on new challenges. From outdoor and utility applications to rescue operations in Poland, the LONCIN XWOLF1000 MUD continues to extend the possibilities of off-road mobility.

Its deployment by OSP KSRG Krzywda is a documented example of the XWOLF Series in European fire and rescue operations, reflecting LONCIN’s values of Off-road, Durable, and Intelligence.

Beyond the Trail, XWOLF takes on every new challenge.
